OUR STORY

In 1988, Romana, Barbara and Maurizio took over a traditional italian tavern and began their adventure in the “restaurant world”. “During the first year we didn’t have a clear idea of ​​how to organize our restaurant” -they say- so they mainly kept on working with the style of the previous business management and with its customers at lunch time trying new pasta-dishes and hot sanwiches at dinner.

FROM “TAVERN” TO “RESTAURANT”

After a wednesday spent on the seaside, Maurizio and Romana bet on trying to bring the tradition of italian seafood to the lake. “La Canfora” turned then in a home-cooking restaurant with a seafood based menu, and Romana and Barbara keep looking for new proposals and dishes every year both for the italian and international customers to enjoy.[/vc_column_text]
